Mannan Sait Aspiring Candidate of Bidar Shares his Vision on Development of Bidar City
Bangalore: Bidar is a historical city where the Bahmani Empire ruled for a long time. Bidar has more than 60 historical monuments including about 30 domes which are maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India.
Bidar city comes under Kalyana Karnataka, which is considered as a backward region. Bahadur city is about 600 km away from the capital Bangalore which is near Telangana.
Abdul Mannan Seth, a well-known social worker and senior Congress leader, has also submitted an application form to seek a ticket from the Congress party to participate in the next elections from Bidar city.
Abdul Manan Sait told that why this historical city is suffering from backwardness since independence and what are their plans for the development of Bidar city if they come to power.
Manan Sait said that there used to be an ancient university in Bidar Mahmood Gawan where lecturers used to come from Samarkand Bukhara to teach students from all over the country. But over time, due to many reasons, Bidar lost its pride of being an educational Center.
He said that Bidar city is so backward that its income per capita is less than Bihar and Bidar city has not seen any development in the name of education, social, economic or in any respect for a long time.
Sait said that although there is minority representation in Bidar, no voice is raised in the Houses regarding the problems of the city.
Manan Sait said that he along with his brother Dr. Abdul Qadeer and Deer had established Shaheen Institute years ago with the aim that the poor and needy children of the area should get good education. It is now known as Shaheen Group of Institutions Doctor Manufacturing Factory.
Manan Sait said that he is socially and politically active in Bidar. are connected with many welfare organizations and actively participate in relief and welfare works. He said that a few days ago, he had organized a national level tournament for the development of youth and organized a body building competition in which hundreds of youth participated and won prizes.
Abdul Manan Sait said that he is organizing a ‘job fair’ on a large scale on January 4 in which hundreds of multi. National companies are participating and thousands of youth will come for employment. He said that out of about 8,000 youths, 1,000 youths are likely to get jobs in these companies through this job fair.

In this regard, Abdul Manan Sait said that in these circumstances, the Congress should field a representative in every seat who represents the people and is acceptable to them.
